Family Schedule Assistant
Privacy policy
This policy describes the private household schedule automation operated by Draftlabs using Hermes Agent.
Information accessed
The schedule workflow searches the authorized Gmail account for matching schedule messages and reads relevant message metadata, text, and image attachments. It reads events from the designated Google Calendar to check for duplicates and creates missing work-shift events. Schedule data can include names, work dates, working hours, and other information visible in an attachment.
The existing Google Workspace authorization may grant broader capabilities, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Contacts, and email sending or modification. Those additional capabilities are not needed or used by this schedule workflow. The account holder can review the permissions granted to the app in their Google Account.
How information is used
Information is used to identify work shifts, check existing calendar events, create missing events, verify results, and troubleshoot the household automation. There is no public account-registration service. The workflow does not use schedule information for advertising or sell it.
AI processing and other services
Hermes may send schedule images, extracted text, and relevant conversation context to its configured external AI provider to interpret the schedule. Processing is not necessarily local to the household's server. The provider can change with the Hermes configuration; its own terms, retention rules, and account settings apply. Contact the operator before submitting sensitive information if you need to confirm the currently selected provider or its data controls.
Google processes the connected mailbox and calendar data. Events are visible to people with access to the destination calendar under its sharing settings. Cloudflare hosts this informational website when deployed there and may process visitor connection data, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and secure it.
Storage and retention
Original messages and attachments remain in Gmail unless the account holder removes them. Created calendar events remain in Google Calendar until removed. The Hermes host can retain downloaded attachments, extracted data, conversation history, and operational logs. This workflow does not specify a guaranteed automatic deletion period for those local records. External services may retain their own records under their policies and settings.
Google authorization credentials are stored on the Hermes host, separate from this public informational website. Neither the website's source files nor its deployment package contains mailbox contents, schedule images, calendar records, or authorization credentials.
Your choices
You may stop submitting schedules, ask the operator to stop the automation, or revoke its Google access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access does not automatically remove previously created events or previously retained records.
For deletion of locally retained schedule data, questions about providers, or help removing calendar events, email support@draftlabs.net. Requests concerning information retained directly by Google, Cloudflare, or an AI provider may also require that provider's account controls or support process.

These static pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising, submission forms, tracking pixels, or app-set cookies. They provide app and privacy information only. Hosting infrastructure may perform its own security and request logging.
Contact and changes
The operator can be reached at support@draftlabs.net. This policy may be updated when the workflow or its data handling changes. Review this page before submitting new schedule information.
